About the roleselectability has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Coordinator to join the team. As the Regional Coordinator you will continue to build a high-performing team and grow selectability’s presence.
Main duties
As a Regional Coordinator you will:
- Join the Regions Leadership Team reporting to the General Manager
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and primary health services, as well as local and state government agencies and private industry
- Recruit a local workforce; train, mentor, coach and support local staff
- Generate referrals for NDIS and clinical mental wellbeing services
- Lead consumer intake and the development of individual service agreements
- Oversee the delivery of programs and services, including personally delivery services if required, and reporting as needed
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards
- Represent selectability at local and regional network meetings, forums and events
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience leading teams, programs and services
- Experience in Mental Health Industry (highly desirable)
- Relevant qualifications
- First Aid and CPR certificates (or the ability to obtain)
- A current drivers licence (minimum P1)
- A roadworthy, registered and comprehensively insured car
- A Blue Card with a Yellow Card exemption or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' completion certificate (visit https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au to access this free module)
