Care Manager - North West Sydney

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to oversee all clinical aspects of a beautiful residential aged care facility in Sydney’s North West. Lead & motivate the clinical care team while delivering a high standard of quality care to residents in this highly supported role. 

The Role:

• Reporting to an experienced Facility Manager 
• Permanent, full time position 

We are looking for:

• Current AHPRA registration with experience as an Registered Nurse within an aged care facility
• Demonstrated experience as a leader within a residential Aged Care facility 
• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to lead a clinical team 
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards 
• Excellent time management & communication skills
