Care Manager (Aged Care)

• Full Time Permanent Role
• Monday to Friday Business hours
• Hotel Style, High Technology Aged Care Home - <100 Beds
• Located in North Shore

Our client is seeking a Care Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Care and overseeing the Clinical Team Leader and RNs, this is a pivotal role in the ensuring the execution and delivery of high-quality care to the residents.
The Role

• Leading and coordinating the team in the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing staff.
• Reporting & Auditing
• Development and monitoring of care plans
• Ability to adhere to best practice and internal policies relating to Aged Care standards.
• In partnership with the Clinical & Operational Leadership team respond to complaints and feedback

About You

• You will be an experienced Aged Care - Care Manager
• AHPRA Registration
• Comfortable using technology
• Up to date immunization
• Valid Police check or willingness to obtain.
