About the Role: As the Clinical Care Manager of a 94-bed aged care home in Kingaroy, QLD, you will report directly to the Service Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing healthcare services, coordinating care plans, managing medication administration, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our residents while supporting staff and promoting their well-being.
Location Overview: Kingaroy, located 2.5 hours from Brisbane, is celebrated as the nation’s peanut capital, with expansive peanut farms and a bustling agricultural sector. This charming town boasts a rich heritage and provides an idyllic setting for both work and leisure.
