Are you an experienced Care Manager looking to relocate to regional NSW? We are currently looking for a Care Manager to join a highly supportive team in a small, friendly NFP facility in rural NSW.
This is a perfect Relocation Opportunity for a Senior RN or Clinical Care Coordinator to step into a Care Manager role within a highly supportive environment.
The Role
- Work closely with senior management to oversee all clinical aspects of a small facility
- Assist with the development and delivery of educational programs and orientation for existing staff and new starters
- Maintain continuous improvement plans and ensure policies and procedures are updated accurately
- Actively assess and evaluate residents care plans to keep them up to date with ongoing needs
- Ensure staff are familiar with organisational policies and procedures and provide high quality care to all residents

The Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration with experience as a Registered Nurse within an aged care facility
- Demonstrated experience as a leader within a residential aged care facility
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards & AN-ACC funding
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Passion for value driven quality care
