Company description
The CareSide is on a mission to disrupt one of Australia’s oldest industries: aged care. Our work is incredibly important. We have the opportunity to play a critical role in the health and well-being of our customers. Our team of healthcare professionals helps seniors and disabled individuals maintain their autonomy so they can age gracefully and continue to live in their homes.
In an era when tech companies garner much of the media attention, we believe industries such as our own are often overlooked. Fortunately, some of the best opportunities are located where few are looking. We’ve developed our own ERP and CRM software that allows us to operate more effectively and efficiently than all of our competitors. This means we’re able to pass on efficiency savings back to our customers. Clients spend too much of their home care budget on admin and overhead in our industry, and not enough goes towards healthcare delivery.
The CareSide is profitable and growing. We have more than quadrupled in size over the past 3 years and are looking to bring on another Care Manager to help take us to the next level of scale and success. If that sounds like the type of challenge that excites you, then please keep on reading!
