The Role
- To lead and work alongside a team of registered nurses, care and support staff providing quality care to our 42 residents
Essential
- Minimum 5 years registered nurse experience of which 2 years are in a RACF and management experience of 2 years
- Excellent communicator, a confident, compassionate leader, able to show staff skills and nurture their growth
- Values-driven and a creator of warm and homely environments
