About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Customer Service guru (Care Organiser) to join our expanding team in Swan Hill.
The primary purpose of the position is to manage and to support the effective delivery of Uniting AgeWell Home Care programs and focuses on:
- Provide excellent, helpful first point service to clients, visitors and staff
- Build customer relationships and greet clients promptly and courteously
- Effective management of office systems and supplies
- Monitor and manage group email inboxes, post and other forms of communication
- Manage database entries and appropriate documentation
- Escalation / management of client enquiries / complaints and incidents reported
About You
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients to support them to live life to their potential.

- Great Customer Service skills which are friendly and professional and are known for your caring and compassionate nature
- Previous administrative and rostering/scheduling experience in community services
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment
- High level of verbal and written communication skills including excellent phone manor
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

Essentials for working in Aged Care
- A current Working With Children’s card
- Current and required flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Have Australian working rights
- Are able to pass a national police clearance and/or NDIS clearance
