Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with clients and providing candidates with expert career advice, industry knowledge and tailoring solutions to suit their needs.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the local Western Australian market, industries, recruitment, and job opportunities.
- Providing candidates with advice, support, and strategic guidance with their job search.
- Developing key account relationships, managing client relationships with our existing accounts, and ensuring repeat business.
- Identifying opportunities for new business with existing accounts.
About you:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience (10+ years) in agency and/or internal recruitment, employment services or time in a consultative type of human resources related role.
We are ideally seeking Career Consultants with experience in recruiting roles in the mining, construction, hospitality, logistics, retail, manufacturing, agricultural, and cleaning industries in Western Australia.
You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable in offering advice and consult to broad range of candidates and clients.
You will have a solid understanding of your local Western Australian labour market, industries, and job opportunities. Training, mentoring and other education opportunities are provided.
You will have a proven ability to build rapport easily, have a consultative style, with excellent listening and influencing skills. You will possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written and thrive on seeing people achieve their dream jobs!
