Our client requires an experienced Change Management consultant for a part-time 24 month contract in their Leederville office.Preferred Start Date: 01-Jul-2024

Location: John Tonkin Water Centre - LeedervilleRate: Up to $125 per hour plus SuperChange Management Responsibilities
- Leads Change Management using the Enterprise Change Management framework and associated tools for successful project delivery.
- Establishes, manages, and supports Change Management stakeholder networks as needed.
- Conducts impact assessments for business change projects, identifying direct and indirect changes for affected groups or teams.
- Collaborates with Internal Communications team for developing communications plans aligned with the change approach.
- Develops and aligns change plans and activities, liaising with the Transformation Office for alignment.Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Engages and supports internal stakeholders in coordinating and managing the change portfolio.
- Collaborates with stakeholders as trusted advisors, building working relationships.
- Designs and develops communications strategies/plans for enterprise-wide alignment.
- Partners with leaders to align to the change narrative and support business readiness.Ethics and Compliance
- Ensures compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and ethical standards.Qualifications and Experience
- Degree level qualification in a related discipline with relevant experience or substantial experience with relevant accreditations.
- Formal accreditation in Change Management (e.g., PROCSI, LEAN change, ACMP) preferred.
- Substantial experience and knowledge in technical design and implementation of Change Management methodologies, practices, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in guiding and influencing key stakeholders through change journeys.
- Experience leading organizational change programs in a large commercial organization.
- Knowledge of organizational program management approaches, methodologies, and life cycle planning.
- Experience articulating the business case for change and demonstrating Change Management benefits.Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
