Caretaker of Cattle Property
A Caretaker is required on a property, located in the Albany Region in WA. General duties include day-to-day fencing repairs, checking on cattle during calving and general farm maintenance. Accommodation is on offer along with an attractive salary, utilities and a work vehicle. Great location with a close proximity to Albany.

- the farm is part of a family business which has multiple farms in the lower great southern region.
- Nearest town facilities include: primary & secondary schools, grocery stores, post offices, wineries and sporting facilities;
- Couple’s considered; Experience with cattle essential.
About the Role:
- Start date: Immediate
- Duties include:
- Good fencing skills (maintaining electric fencing)
- Livestock handling (cattle and sheep);
- Feeding cattle with Tractor
- Basic mechanical skills .
- Machinery: Must have a current drivers license, quadbikes, side by sides, Utes etc.;
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised and by yourself.
About you:
- Must be experienced with operating broadacre machinery;
- Mechanically minded and experienced in agriculture however no trade needed;
- Ability to work in independently and in a team;
- Honest and reliable - knows when to report issues with gear etc.;
- HC license desirable but not essential
