Form of workWe are currently seeking an on-site Caretaker for a large apartment complex in Glendalough.
This post is suited to an active person or couple. Straightforward administration skills are required. Handyman/Trade experience would be advantageous.
Your role is to take care of our Building as if it were your own. You will be our Intermediary between Trades, Tenants and Owners as well as being responsible for cleaning and maintenance.
This will entail ensuring the internal common areas; the foyers, landings, lifts and outer surrounds, such as the car park and gardens are kept in a clean, tidy and fully functional condition.
Supervision and attention to the movement and needs of both Owners and Occupiers will also be required, as well as such duties as the Council of Owners may at times direct.
This is a Full-time position of 38hrs/week over 6 days. We are offering a competitive salary package which includes resident accommodation.
Applicants must be prepared to live on site - this is a requirement for the role.
Previous experience would be preferred.
