Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, and general handyman duties.
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures.
- Respond promptly to repair requests and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of performed repairs, supplies used, and time spent on each task.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate larger projects or specialized repairs.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman with a focus on carpentry.
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to carpentry and general repairs.
- Strong carpentry skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
