Case Coordinator/Nurse Manager

About the role
Silver Chain are currently looking for a Case Coordinator / Nurse Manager to join their team based at their Kalgoorlie Service Centre. 

This is a full time, permanent position and comes with a mandatory salary packaged vehicle.

Become part of a dedicated and passionate team within Country Health Services. You will be accountable for the safe delivery of quality evidenced based clinical practice to the clients in your area, and responsible for the competency and performance of clinical staff in your team

Experience and qualifications

• Current Registration with the AHPRA
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team and coordinating resources to achieve outcomes.
• Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills to innovatively manage the provision of quality client care.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity to negotiate, problem solve and influence individuals and organisations
• Evidence of a relevant  Post Graduate qualification
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a team focus
• A current Australian driver’s licence 
• Under the Aged Care act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
