IMOK Accident Replacement Cars is an Award-Winning Company for 2024 who provides Hire Cars to Not-At-Fault Drivers Australia Wide. Furthermore, we also provide end-to-end Insurance Claim and Repairs Management Services.
We are a very young company but growing very rapidly. If you are looking to gain work experience to be able to enter the Corporate Industry (especially in Insurance), we know from experience that there is no work experience more valuable than working as a Case Manager in industries such as this.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sydney, NSW for an Accident Management Specialist at IMOK Accident Replacement Cars. You will be responsible for managing an accident case from start to finish, some of which involves Assessing Applications for Eligibility, Arranging Replacement Vehicles for Customers, Managing Claim and Repairs and liaising with Customers, Insurance Companies, our Legal Team and Repairers to ensure that an efficient and customer-focused service is provided.
Qualifications / Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience as a Motor Insurance Case Manager is desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic insurance knowledge in order to be able to deal with Customers, Insurance Companies, Repairers and Lawyers
- Familiarity with relevant Motor Insurance Policies
- Australian Driver's Licence
