We are currently seeking an Experienced Sales Representative to join our team at our Mineral Sand Separation Facility, Southern Gold Coast Operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide a high level of service to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain regular contact with customers in person, via phone and e-mail.
- Encourage customers to purchase a wider range of products.
- Identify new product and market opportunities.
- Conduct sales and customer service road trips.
- Respond to and investigate customer issues in a timely manner.
- Discuss product issues with management and provide options for corrective action.
- Manage any rectification work that management has agreed to outsource.
- Perform rectification work in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Responsible for transport allocation.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE PROFILE
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience in either quarry or TURF INDUSTRY.
- Empathetic – You’ll have strong empathy and genuinely care about improving business practices for our customers.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and build effective relationships internally within a team environment and externally with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexibly to suit diverse working environments.
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and candor in daily work ethic.
