The Case Manager for the Ceduna Homelessness Service is responsible for providing support in accordance with funding requirements for clients referred to or arriving at Centacare Catholic Country SA’s Homelessness Service in Ceduna.
This is a Full Time role working 38 hours per week, based in Ceduna, South Australia.

To be successful in this role you will have:
· Certificate III in Community Service Work or equivalent experience.
· Experience in providing case management.
· Experience in providing support services to families.
· Knowledge of issues affecting the Aboriginal community which threatens and impacts on family wellbeing.
· Knowledge of issues relating to family violence.
· Knowledge of issues impacting on homelessness.
· High level communication skills (verbal and written).
· Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential manner.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and also in a collaborative manner.
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Information Technology.
Requirements of the role:
· Hold (or willingness to obtain) a current DHS Working With Children Check – don't worry, we can support this process if necessary!
· Hold (or a willingness to obtain) a National Criminal History Record Check (Police Check)
· Hold a current South Australian Driver’s License (minimum Provisional License)
· Be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (minimum of two doses) - evidence will be required prior to appointment
