This is a multi-award position, i.e. the following degree qualifications/experience level are suitable to fulfil this role - Physiotherapist level 3, Occupational Therapist level 3, Speech Pathologist level 3, Social Worker level 3, Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 and Psychologist.
Please note that throughout the recruitment process you will be assessed with the following:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work or Nursing registration essential.
- Eligibility for membership to relevant Allied Health National Association or Nursing registration board.
- Experience in paediatrics and experience in either paediatric or adult neurorehabilitation and/or disability services
- Experience in case management of persons with complex conditions.
- Understanding of interface between Ministry of Health, Community-based service providers, and Department of Education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- NSW Driver’s Licence.
