Case Manager - Kids Rehab

Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is the largest paediatric health care entity in Australia. We care for thousands of children each year in our hospitals and in their homes — with one purpose in mind — to help young people live their healthiest lives.

•    An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies. 

This is a multi-award position, i.e. the following degree qualifications/experience level are suitable to fulfil this role - Physiotherapist level 3, Occupational Therapist level 3, Speech Pathologist level 3, Social Worker level 3, Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 and Psychologist.

Please note that throughout the recruitment process you will be assessed with the following:

1. Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work or Nursing registration essential.
2. Eligibility for membership to relevant Allied Health National Association or Nursing registration board.
3. Experience in paediatrics and experience in either paediatric or adult neurorehabilitation and/or disability services
4. Experience in case management of persons with complex conditions.
5. Understanding of interface between Ministry of Health, Community-based service providers, and Department of Education.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
8. NSW Driver’s Licence.
