Job Description Case managers are integral members of the program team, delivering high quality case management to eligible clients with complex needs who are involved with the court system. This role provides short-term (up to 4 months) case management support to people on bail with a range of complex needs who are participating in the CISP program.
The role also provides longer-term (up to 12 months) case management support to people with complex mental illness and/or cognitive impairment needs who are participating in the ARC. You will attend Court on a monthly basis to provide expert advice to the Magistrate and other key stakeholders. Working within the court environment, you will provide clients with support to address the issues that are contributing to their offending behaviour and to shape positive behavioural change.
