Kyabra Community Association Inc. provides strengths based integrated responses to people in our community. Service work involves partnership with individuals and families to identify goals, develop strategies and evaluate outcomes.
This may involve a range of activities/functions including: Assessment, Advocacy, Interpersonal Support Work, Co-ordination, Case Management, Community Development and other such responses that facilitate the achievement of specified goals.
Due to an extension of funding, we are seeking a Case Worker who will work as part of our KEIHS Team: Keys to Early Intervention Homelessness Service, an early intervention case management program working with individuals and families to support at-risk tenancies sustain housing and avoid homelessness.
This role is based at Caboolture, and will be required to travel to locations across the Sunshine Coast/Moreton Bay area. While the position is full-time we will consider applicants seeking part-time hours and Kyabra supports flexible working arrangements by request. This is a fixed term position until 30th June 2024, with a possibility of extension.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award, Level 3 or 4, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor Degree in Social Work/Human Services or similar. Salary is based on the SCHADS award Level 4 ($41.52-$44.68 per hour).
