A bit about the role The Casey Fields Office plays a pivotal role in the seamless functioning and overall management of the Casey Fields Regional Athletics Centre. Tasked with overseeing the entire spectrum of operations, this dedicated professional plays a vital role in fostering a positive and welcoming environment for users and visitors.

Each Other, and Make our Community Proud, the Centre Operations Administrator plays a pivotal role in creating a child-safe, child-friendly, and inclusive space for all at Casey Fields.
What you will deliver Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administer school and casual bookings, handling enquiries, confirmations, deposits, and invoicing for Casey Fields and Active Recreation Reserves. Generate monthly reports of bookings. Maintain the facility and equipment in a clean and presentable condition, ensuring the athletics track and grandstand are debris-free, and all equipment is safe for use.
Conduct brief inductions for hire groups, noting the facility's condition before their use. Provide monthly booking reports, including the number of athletics bookings and participants. Undertake and document pre and post-use facility and equipment inspections, reporting findings.
Receive equipment back from hire groups, cross-checking against the provided inventory. Report maintenance issues to the appropriate council department/officer. Conduct monthly audits and inspections of all equipment and facility components.
What you will bring You possess relevant experience and work skills commensurate with the requirements of the position.
