About Us:
We are a reputable hotel group moving to Surry Hills. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a casual basis, working approximately 24-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately record supplier invoices in our systems
- Conduct reconciliations and manage Accounts Payable and some accounts receivable tasks
- Assist with other administrative duties as required
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
This role offers flexible hours.
Key Requirements:
- Reliable, honest, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum Certificate 4 in Bookkeeping
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with Xero is preferred
- Proficient in Excel
