We are looking for Casual Administration Officers to come and join our team of professionals delivering evidence-based care to patients, families, and the wider community across the Mona Vale Hospital and Community Health Centre (CHC), Brookvale CHC, and Manly Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice (AYAH) site.
Our facilities are located on Sydney’s idyllic Northern Beaches with all locations a stone’s throw from the beach.

What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer provides a comprehensive range of administration support and customer service to the staff and customers of NSLHD, in the pursuit of unit and department outcomes.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgement, discretion and initiative, strong organisational, prioritising work and meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service
Well-developed computing skills including Microsoft Office suite, Experience with PAS/eMR other information systems eMR scheduling, CHOC, Audit 4, PBRC, iProcurment, Steam, WINC
