Short Term Casual Position - $35.00 per hour + Super
3 Days per week. Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
A highly regarded manufacturer, distributor and supplier of commercial cleaning chemicals, washroom & tabletop paper products and cleaning accessories is offering an opportunity for an experienced self-motivated person to fill a casual administration and customer service position in our Wetherill Park NSW office.
Computer skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to learn industry-based software.
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Backup to receptionist, answering phone enquiries and taking orders from customers.
- Data entry.
- Invoicing & Accounts.
- Various administration & general duties.
