As an experienced administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Emergency Department, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional service to patients, carer's and our clinicians.
About you
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery within the unit/department.
- Coordinate administrative systems and procedures to enhance office efficiency in compliance with organizational standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Demonstrate initiative in applying work practices to achieve key outcomes.
- Provide training to fellow officers as needed.
Wyong Emergency Department is a critical frontline service to our community. The department operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week and as a casual in our department the ability to work across a variety of shifts is highly sought after. You will become part of a dedicated, enthusiastic and multi-discipline team and you can expect full on the job training and support as you transition into this role.
