About the role
As a Casual Support Officer, you are often the first point of contact for our customers
You will be committed to providing an excellent customer experience across various customer channels, and you'll enjoy working with a diverse range of passionate, supportive and engaging individuals.
You will be able to think on your feet as well as:
Provide high level of professional service and accurate information to internal and external customers.
Balance quality and efficiency while demonstrating a customer-focussed philosophy.

Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
Out of hours work may be required.
Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
