Position: Casual Allied Health Receptionist and Retail Assistant
Location: Townsville and Thuringowa, QLD
Experience: Customer service and reception experience are preferred
Remuneration: Podiatry businesses are governed by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award. This role will be remunerated commensurate with experience and in consultation with the award.

My FootDr, Australia's largest podiatry group are seeking a Casual Allied Health Receptionist to join our busy Townsville and Thuringowa clinics. Experience is preferred, but not essential. There are endless development opportunities for the right person!

You'll be responsible for but not limited to:
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Managing patient bookings
- Fielding telephone calls
- Data entry
- Patient billing and receipting
- Daily banking reporting
- Sterilisation of instruments
- Merchandising
- Footwear sales & inventory management
- General cleaning duties
Potential applicants should have the following:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite
- High level of computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail
- Monday to Saturday availability Professional and well-presented image
- Team Player with a "can do" attitude
- Previous retail experience, including footwear, will be treated favourably
- Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care would be an advantage.
