What you will have:
- Proven experience in front & back of house operations, especially in food prep
- Strong background in sandwich & wraps making, plate up and food presentation
- A high-level of personal presentation & communication skills
- Attention to detail to adhere to high food presentation standards
- The ability to prioritise and manage tasks
- Able to maintain clean, safe and hygienic work practices
- A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
- A current Police Check or willing to obtain
