Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following:
- Rotating roster, must be available 7 days a week
- Must have own reliable transport and hold valid drive license
- Confidence in high-volume production kitchens and a la carte service
- Strong commercial cooking experience
- Have your own uniform and knives
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Chef qualifications - Certificate III or IV
- WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
- Valid Passport with no less than 6-months expiry
- Hold a Police Check or willing to obtain one
- Ability to work in a remote area (may be little to no internet access)
