As a Casual Chef at Assembly, you will be responsible for assisting our culinary team in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to delight our patrons. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Cooking and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
