We are looking for a new chef to join our kitchen team at the Olinda Creek Hotel
Duties would include:
- The ability to follow instructions and consistency.
- Meet the Head Chef's expectations of quality and pace under pressure
- Be able to work supervised or unsupervised
- Ensure food preparation and presentation service standards are maintained
- Contribute to a clean, compliant, and efficient kitchen
Requirements include:
HACCP and OH&S knowledge
A current Food Handlers Certificate
Working as a part of team as well as alone
Weekend, evenings and Public Holiday availabilities
Clear and concise communication with others
