The Role
As a Wills & Estates Paralegal, you will support a Partner and Solicitors on Estate Administration and Estate Planning matters. Duties include drafting correspondence and documents, dealing with client enquiries, diary management, preparation of Wills, EPOA's and Advance Health Directives, booking appointments, witnessing documents, probate administration and general administrative support.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 3 years Wills & Estates Paralegal experience.
The Law Firm
Well established law firm based. Either based at Southport or Coolangatta offices. 65 staff. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $85,000 + super). WFH options available for a senior candidate. Excellent training and career development.
