The Role:
We are looking to fill the casual position of Customer Service Representative. This is a key role that operates between various sites at Monash Health (mainly at Clayton, Kingston and Moorabbin) backup at Casey and Dandenong Hospitals and backup at Austin Health Hospital. The successful candidate must have a car and be flexible to work between each of these sites.
You will need to be fully vaccinated.
The role would offer approximately 20 hours of work per week, specifically for afternoon, weekend shifts and occasional day shifts. (Please only apply if you are available to work on weekends.)
The position is varied. It involves offering TV services and collecting payments for it from patients, basic sales reporting and possibly banking.
You can offer skills in the following areas:
- Strong general PC skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong "can do" work ethic and the ability to use initiative
- Ability to up-sell products and services
- Customer service and cash handling experience will be beneficial in your application
- Discretion, professionalism and understanding when dealing with patients.
- Must have valid driver's licence and own method of transportation.
The successful applicant will most likely have a background in direct selling. You are comfortable asking for the sale on a daily basis and are able to work unsupervised.
