- Approach each day with a sense of purpose, understanding the significant impact you have on the lives of the children under our care.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective workplace communication skills
- Working towards a qualification related to the industry is desirable
