The Village Baxter is a multi-tiered provider of residential and community aged care services. Our residential care facilities provide high care and ageing in place accommodation services for our residents.
We currently have various casual shifts (day & afternoon including weekends) available for suitably qualified hands-on EENs in our facility. Experience in the aged care sector and knowledge of Aged Care Standards is essential.
The successful applicants will have a commitment to excellence, and an ability to work independently and within a team structure. You must be philosophically aligned with the Village Baxter mission, vision and values, and be able to manage in a constantly changing environment. Also, at the Village Baxter we are paid weekly. As a Charity we are able offer tax free salary packaging for our staff to improve their wages (staff can package up to $15,900 per year). The Village Baxter offers onsite education programs and encourages a family friendly workplace.
