Tasks & responsibilities:
As our Admin & Events Coordinator, you will make sure the magic happens and keeps turning on a day to day basis, these include (but are not limited to):
- Be the first point of contact for all Ms Collins enquiries
- Manage all incoming emails and phone calls
- Coordination of marketing projects
- Manage event logistics for all venue events
- Chair event meetings with venue departments
- Provide administrative support to management

Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Autonomous worker with ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Honest & trustworthy
- Vibrant & positive personality
