Employment Services/Community Services - Trainer & Assessor

We're seeking a passionate individual to deliver exceptional training and assessments for our Certificate IV in Employment Services & Community Services under traineeships. Operating under TAG's RTO, Australian Business and Vocational Training (RTO ID 52592), you'll have the opportunity to inspire and develop future professionals through a blend of practical and theoretical instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training for Certificate IV in Employment Services & Certificate IV in Community Services under traineeship.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to trainees to facilitate their development.
• Collaborate with our training team to continuously enhance course materials and delivery strategies.
• Maintain and update training resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Employment Services and/or Community Services (minimum Certificate IV; Diploma or higher preferred).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Demonstrated industry experience in Employment Services/Community Services or related sectors.
• Proven ability to deliver effective and interactive training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with students and colleagues.
• Current knowledge of vocational education and training practices.
