We are currently accepting applications for a Casual team member on our Medical ProCare & Operations team.
Responsibilities:
Service reporting:
Provide reports for major service customers including preventative maintenance coverage, repair work completed and install base changes.
Work with State and National leaders on internal reporting.
Spare parts management:
1. Master Data clean up for Spare Parts – ANZ and EA.
2. Support priority inventory for Spare Parts – help with reviewing attachment rates and ensure data up to date for key products
3. Service planning – help support getting planning process up and running with Tech Services + AC/EMS on spare parts for demand.
4. Stock transfers and 3rd Party spare parts management.
General team office duties:
Assist team with uniform orders, PO generation, raising of errors in processes or deliveries.
Assist quality team, field team and operations team in following up tasks or attend in field if asked.
Work closely with the National Field Service Manager in projects and team priorities for 2024.
