Takashiya is a splendid and exclusive Japanese Fine Dining Restaurant with unique Omakase experience and casual dining sake and whisky bar led by executive chef Takashi Nami. Located in Southbank and as part of the Emporium Hotel, we are searching for an energetic, passionate and experienced staff to join our small and friendly team.
To be considered for Kitchen Hand position, you must possess the following:
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Fine dining experience would be preferred
- Must have commercial kitchen experience
- Must be reliable and self-sufficient
- A valid working visa / residency is essential
- Good English communication
- Japanese speaking is preferred but not required
