We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-presented Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.
Qualifications & experience
- General Practice medical reception experience is essential.
- The right person will be a fast learner, be able to multi-task in what can sometimes be a hectic environment.
- A passion for working with people of all ages and be the ability to stay calm under pressure will be highly regarded during the selection process.
- Best Practice Software experience will be highly regarded.
Tasks & responsibilities
- General Reception Duties
- Meeting & greeting patients
- Answering calls
- Booking appointments
- Medicare and private billing
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
