Duties will Include:
- Managing a busy front desk reception
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into the practice
- Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
- Liaise with patients and health professionals
- Assisting Practitioners as needed and managing their clinical requirements.
- Proven experience in a small front desk management role, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering empathetic and compassionate support to patients.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software, such as electronic medical records systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving skills, and the ability to perform duties on a day-to-day basis in the absence of decision makers, demonstrating ability to evaluate and formulate information.
- Ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines when work priorities conflict.
