Most importantly, we create and inspire continual transformation, because our future depends on it.Making the decision to join us is making the decision to work with a team of fun, talented and super passionate team members keen to see you and our business succeed.ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?An exciting opportunity for a Distribution Centre operator (Warehouse Team Member) is now available for immediate start!Our Distribution Centres are the hub of activity and paramount to ensuring our customers receive the right stock, on time, every time - this is a crucial part of ensuring that our customer experience is a positive one from start to finish! You will have very good attention to detail, great communicatins skills and a can-do attitude that is open to learning new processes and working with the team to keep our DC running at it's absolute best. You will also be able to:

• Work in all departments within Distribution Centre (inbound, outbound, HD, FLF) as required
• Pick pack customer orders for dispatch with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy (nobody wants a blue coffee table when they ordered a red one!)
• Unload and load of containers and truck both manually and with MHE
• Periodic stock checks
• Pre-start MHE checklists conducted
• Housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Use of other electronic equipment – ie scanners
• Work within a team environment
• Forklift operation as required (The opportunity to learn and obtain a licence can be provided for the right candidates!)
• Take direction from Team Leaders, Supervisors and DC management team

• Experience in Warehousing and Distribution Environment
• WHS knowledge
• RF systems knowledge
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Sound numerical skills
