The Dental Receptionist is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to our patients and all day-to-day reception requirements for the practice.
Successful applicants will be well groomed, ideally have at least 12 months’ reception experience, be great team players, passionate and keen to learn. Please note that while dental experience is preferred it is not essential.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Exceptional customer service ability and professional approach
- A confident, outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- An ability to quickly build rapport with patients, with a welcoming pleasant manner
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality in your work
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to use Exact Software or quickly comprehend new programs
- Full working rights for Australia, a current Working with Children Check Certificate and up to date COVID immunisation record
- Flexibility to be rostered over evenings and Saturdays as needed.
