The Far West Local Health District is one of 15 LHDs under NSW Health, providing high quality public Health Services to the communities in far west NSW. FWLHD has a mandate to provide the highest quality care and services to its communities using the latest clinical evidence and technological enablers. About the Menindee Health Service
Menindee is beautiful little community on the banks of the Darling River and is surrounded by the spectacular Menindee Lakes. The Menindee Health Service is a busy Primary Health Clinic with an Emergency Department as well. We provide chronic disease, community and primary health care services to the community, as well as facilitating a range of visiting services. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. After hours and on weekends an RN is on call for Ambulance and emergencies with a second Ambulance trained staff member. Ambulance training will be provided.
