Tekowhiringa | The Opportunity

We have a fantastic role available for a Catalogue and Merchandising Officer in our stylish new Head Office in the leafy suburb of Grey Lynn.
In this fast paced, dynamic role you will be responsible for:

• Create Catalogue order files for stores
• Complete and develop, prepare and execute guides for stores
• Correct and record all catalogue errors and communicate changes to stores
• Request and Collate Black and White information from buyers and communicate to stores
• Load monthly Catalogues, House of Wellness, Major sales and Promotions for all banners
• Create all MRM and MyWeb sign files for IVE by requested date
• Ensure Mycomms Tasks and on MyWeb files are current
• Request and Collate Compliance Calendar info from buyers
• Communicate to stores by due date

If you are passionate and possess the following, then we would love to hear from you!

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make major decisions.
• A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results.
• Good general IT and Computer skills
• Retail experience would be ideal but not essential.
