Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sourcing strategies based on market intelligence and demand insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with corporate goals.
- Monitor market indicators to inform sourcing decisions and pricing.
- Manage procurement plans and RFx documentation for complex requirements.
- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contract management.
- Drive business integration and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in a Commerce, Law, Engineering and/or Supply Chain.
- Substantial experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership experience with functional responsibilities.
- Understanding of source-to-contract processes and commercial negotiations.
- Experience in managing material and service procurement.
