We have new opportunity for a Catering Manger within a 60-bed private healthcare facility in Windsor.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the quality and standard of food across the private practice & hospital providing In-patient & dining room meals, food safety compliance, food cogs, rostering and labour control, along with hands on leadership assisting in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and associated functions.
ABOUT YOU
Cert III in Commercial Cookery
Capability to cater to a variety of dietary requirements with a thorough understanding of Allergen management practices.
Prior experience within a Health Care Environment - advantageous
Hold Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience with platform based hospitality support systems such as HDS & Food safe - advantageous
