THE OPPORTUNITY
The Bimbadgen team have a full-time position available for a Cellar Door Team Leader.
We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who can hit the ground running. This is a hands-on role integral to the operations of the Cellar Door and our casual dining and Pizzeria. This role will focus on delivering exceptional service, boosting wine sales and supporting casual Cellar Door employees to ensure daily operational requirements are met.
To be successful in this role you should have outstanding customer service, a passion for wine and service and a desire to grow your knowledge in the Wine and Hospitality industry.
ABOUT YOU
- Wine Industry experience (highly regarded) or knowledge and passion for wine
- Ability to deliver memorable tasting experiences and drive Cellar Door sales
- Excellent communication skills and desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests
- Fun and friendly attitude and warm personality
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Effective team player
- Available to work weekends and some nights
- RSA and own transport essential
