- King William Street, 50/50 contact centre and processing. Answering telephone queries from health providers and the veteran community within a scheduled call centre environment. Processing requests for treatment. Must have current national police check. Immediate commencement until 30 June 2024 with chance of extension– full time hours, Monday to Friday. APS3 level equivalent, $39.00 per hour.
- Adelaide CBD, engaging with the public, responding to, and resolving customer enquiries received via telephone, web, and email. Guide, educate, and assist customers. Must have a current national police check. Immediate commencement until 30 June 2024 with chance of extension– full time hours, Monday to Friday. APS4 level equivalent, $40-$45 per hour.
