We are currently looking to fill multiple customer service and administration vacancies across our Federal Government client base. Current roles exist in the CBD as per the below:
  • King William Street, 50/50 contact centre and processing. Answering telephone queries from health providers and the veteran community within a scheduled call centre environment. Processing requests for treatment. Must have current national police check. Immediate commencement until 30 June 2024 with chance of extension– full time hours, Monday to Friday. APS3 level equivalent, $39.00 per hour.
  • Adelaide CBD, engaging with the public, responding to, and resolving customer enquiries received via telephone, web, and email. Guide, educate, and assist customers. Must have a current national police check. Immediate commencement until 30 June 2024 with chance of extension– full time hours, Monday to Friday. APS4 level equivalent, $40-$45 per hour.
We are also looking to register additional candidates with experience in the following areas:
  • Contact Centre
  • Customer Service
  • Claims Processing
  • Employment Services
  • Administration
  • Data Entry
Skills and attributes required:
  • Previous Govt. experience would be looked upon favourably
  • Sound computer literacy and keyboard skills, including proficiency across Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and adaptable to assist across a range of support services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A sound work ethic and a willingness to abide by the APS Code of Conduct and ethics
