EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
- Part-time Position Available 7.5/8 hour days (7 days per fortnight available) *Extra shifts available on business need basis
- Must have flexibility to work at various opening and closing times between 8:00am-7pm
- Must be available to work at all locations Werribee, St Albans & Craigieburn
- Must be available to work Saturday’s on a rotated basis (e.g. one Saturday every 8-12 weeks)
- Must work on-site
- Salary dependent on experience (*$25-$28 per hour)
- Note: On the job training provided. Training located at main site in Werribee

ABOUT THE ROLE
THIS IS A FAST-PACED ROLE AND REQUIRES EXCEPTIONAL ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK ON A DAILY BASIS
You will provide admin and reception services to all the doctors including:
- Managing Complex Diaries
- Typing Correspondence
- Maintaining Files With Accuracy
- Responding To Email Enquiries
- Responding To Incoming & Outgoing Calls
- Processing Billings & Medicare Rebates
- Providing Excellent Customer Service To Our Clients
You are a great team player going above and beyond to achieve the required tasks, whilst supporting your colleagues. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills in this role is a must for the successful applicant!
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be COVID Vaccinated or willingness to do so for employment
- Experience in administration health preferred but not essential
- Must meet the employment opportunity criteria as detailed above
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Efficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Word and web-based programs
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
